Apartment Security Systems
All aspects of condominium security may be monitored and controlled with the Condo Sentry. Apartment intrusion and fire alarms, emergency call, intercom, and facility doors are some of the features available. The Condo Sentry™ eliminates the need to position a staff person at a security desk. All security desk functions may be accessed by hand held two way radio. Your roving staff person will receive voice announcements of alarms and be able to converse with apartment and front door intercom stations.
Real Time Security Guard Tour System
The system will provide immediate notification if a guard tour station has not been posted (visited) within a user defined time period. All guard tour events are posted in real time as they happen. All events are posted with date and time and touring guards may report and log circumstances such as finding an unlocked door or broken window.
Wireless Emergency Call Pendants
Wireless emergency call pendants are carried by residents so they can call for help immediately should a threatening situation occur. The Condo Sentry™ will accommodate thousands of these devices if needed. Other wireless transmitters may be used to monitor doors, motion detectors, glass break detectors, or other equipment.
Location
Locators will reveal the location of a resident who is requesting help so you know not only who is in trouble but where he or she is. All wireless devices are continually and automatically supervised by the system so you know they are functioning.
Hand Held Two Way Radio Monitoring
Alarms or events will be broadcast as a user defined computer voice message over existing facility hand held two way radios. A message such as "Wireless pendant alarm in apartment 210" or "Door alarm at southwest lobby entrance" will continue to broadcast every fifteen seconds until acknowledged either at the computer or by entering a unique personal ID number with a hand held two way radio. Alarms and events may be routed to any of 6 radio channels so that staff persons hear only alarms assigned to their area.
Intercom
The Condo Sentry™ offers every style of intercom, including ceiling speakers, speakers in call switches, outside door intercom stations, hands free speakerphones, and Last Alarm Auto Dial (LAAD). LAAD allows radio carriers to issue a simple command from the radio keypads which automatically looks up the telephone number of the last apartment to activate an emergency call, dials the number, and connects it to the radio.
