COURTHOUSE SECURITY SYSTEMS
WITH LOCATING
- Accurate locating of activated mobile panic buttons.
Judges can signal for help anywhere in the courthouse, parking area or grounds.
System constantly monitors all buttons to insure they are working properly.
Courthouse security systems by CISCOR provide alarm signaling for judges, bailiffs and other courthouse persons who may encounter life threatening situations. Wireless panic buttons may be carried by those to be protected so they can signal for help from anywhere in the courthouse facility. Wireless panic buttons can also be easily attached to the underside of desks in judges' chambers and in the courtroom. The system readily allows the addition of protection for the District Attorney's office, holding cells, the Assessor's and County Clerk's office and any other offices that may be vulnerable. CISCOR’s courthouse security system will accommodate thousands of wireless devices if needed. Mobile wireless panic buttons may be worn with a belt clip or around the neck and can be used in the parking area as well as throughout the facility. In additional to standard single button transmitters, pendants are available with 4 buttons so that varying degrees of alert from stand-by to full emergency may be indicated. All transmitters send a periodic check-in signal to the central computer so that you know they are working and ready for action. Also, transmitters will notify you if their batteries become low before they stop working.
Locating Mobile Panic Alarms
We can never be sure that an attack will occur where we have placed stationary panic buttons. To avoid this limited protection judges and other employees may carry personal alarm pendants with them wherever they go in the courthouse complex. CISCOR’s computer based courthouse security system provides locating capability if any mobile pendant should be activated. You know who is in trouble and where they are.
Two-Way Radio Alarm Announcement
Alarms or events will be broadcast as a voice message over existing hand held two-way radios. Messages can be user defined such as "Alarm in Judge William’s Chambers" or "Alarm Judge Smith Parking Garage level two east." Automated dispatch over the radio network avoids the possibility that response to alarms might be delayed due to error or distraction on the part of busy dispatchers. When lives may hang in the balance, seconds count.
Asset Tracking
Wireless motion sensing devices may be attached to valuable assets so that they can be located at any time by making a query at the central computer. Assets that must stay in a fixed location may be monitored for unauthorized removal. Any attempt to remove it from a user defined area creates an alarm. Any movement within the defined area will not create an alarm.
Real Time Security Guard Tour System
The system will provide immediate notification if a guard tour station has not been posted (visited) within a user defined time period. All guard tour events are posted in real time as they happen. All events are posted with date and time and touring guards may report and log circumstances such as finding an unlocked door, broken window, or hazardous material.
View CCTV Cameras from Portable Monitors
Closed circuit television cameras that are positioned throughout the facility may be displayed in a roving staff person's vehicle or on a hand carried video receiver. Any camera may be called up for view automatically as the result of an alarm event or manually at the discretion of the roving officer. Cameras equipped with pan/tilt/zoom/focus may be manipulated via the hand held two way radio.
