Parking Garage Security and Automation
The Parking Sentry™ by CISCOR is the pivotal kingpin in providing total automation of parking garage security and parking payment. A single attendant assigned to a small roving truck or all terrain vehicle can service all of the needs of your customers even in very large parking facilities. Reset computers, open re-circulation gates to resolve problems, provide information to any of the information intercom stations, receive announcements of emergency call alarms, open or lock doors, answer the telephone, and more. All of these functions can be performed by your attendant from anywhere in the facility.
Alarm and Intercom Stations
The Parking Sentry™ security stations allow parking customers to signal roving staff by hand held two way radio announcement. An intercom path opens between the security station and the hand held two way radios so that the customer's problem may be addressed. This eliminates having to staff a security desk for this purpose. Alarms and events may be routed to any of 6 radio channels so that staff persons hear only alarms assigned to their area.
Control Equipment by Hand Held Two Way Radio
The Parking Sentry™ further allows roving staff to control normal functions in the garage remotely by hand held two way radio. Typical functions would be resetting the automated payment machines or opening a re-circulate gate to address the problems of a particular customer thus allowing exiting cars to continue.
Wireless Panic Alarms
Wireless emergency call pendants may be issued to monthly customers, and locators will indicate the position of the person who activates their pendant.
View CCTV Cameras from Portable Monitors
Closed circuit television cameras that are positioned throughout the garage may be displayed in the roving staff person's vehicle or on a hand carried video receiver. Any camera may be called up for view automatically as the result of an alarm event or manually at the discretion of the roving staff person. Cameras equipped with pan/tilt/zoom/focus may be manipulated via the hand held two way radio.
